Dryer Vent Cleaning

There are many reasons to get your dryer vents cleaned. Obviously we've mentioned house fires already, and we all know that dry dust and hot air get along a little too well, but it could cost you money. You could be spending hundreds of dollars extra each year on drying your clothes, even if you aren't running an extra cycle. Just the hot air pressure inside the vent tube can strain your dryer and cause it to operate less efficiently. Also, where does that hot air go if it can't get through the massive blockage? It either goes nowhere and leaves your clothes damp after several cycles, or there could be a leak in your dryer vent line allowing the dryer to function efficiently, but also allowing heat to escape right back into your home, putting lint dust in the air and raising your air conditioning bill. 

Our process for dryer vent cleaning is simple, effective, and directly to the point. We start by running our vent brush through the line to loosen all dryer lint that is present, and clear all buildup from the lines by running a HEPA filtered vacuum through the entire vent tube.  This ensures that your lines will be clear and that all dust and lint is trapped behind a filter, to prevent it from going into your air.  In case there is anything else in your system, our vacuum is capable of handling any other debris that may be present, and you might be surprised what can get in there. Similar to a chimney, a dryer vent without a proper cover can become a cozy home for animals and other pests, and we've even found stagnant water in one of them. A lot can happen when you're in business for nearly 40 years.
