Expert Services provides residential and commercial property maintenance and inspection services, including but not limited to:

• Mold testing and remediation
   
• Concrete pouring, repairs, and demolition
   
• French drain installation and maintenance
   

Service availability may vary depending on your location and scheduling.

Appointments can be made by phone, email, or through our website’s contact form.
We strive to honor all scheduled appointments, but circumstances such as weather, safety conditions, or emergencies may require rescheduling. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new time.

Customers are asked to notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

We charge a $69 estimate fee for on-site evaluations.
This fee covers the cost of travel, inspection, and professional assessment by one of our technicians.

Payment for completed work is due upon service completion unless otherwise stated in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, or major credit/debit cards.

Any unpaid balances may be subject to additional fees or collection efforts.

Certain services, such as concrete installation or drainage systems, may come with specific warranties as stated at the time of service.
These warranties cover workmanship and materials under normal use but do not include damage caused by neglect, misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.

While we take great care in providing high-quality work, Expert Services is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
   
• Losses resulting from misuse or failure to follow post-service recommendations
   
• Any third-party links or resources accessed through our website
